GateWeb Information Co., Ltd. was established in May 2014 as an electronic invoice value-added service center approved by the Ministry of Finance. Recognizing the untapped market potential in meeting the electronic invoice needs of small and micro enterprises, they launched a cloud-based electronic invoice service platform. In response to market development and regulatory updates, they subsequently introduced solutions such as integration and cross-border e-commerce, and customized services tailored to the unique needs of businesses.

Coretronic Intelligent Cloud Services and GateWeb Information collaborated on conducting requirements analysis, delving into the functional requirements of the electronic invoice service platform, user flow, and data interface requirements with third-party kiosks. Based on this information, we jointly formulated the system planning and development roadmap.

Coretronic Intelligent Cloud Service was responsible for planning the AWS cloud architecture. We designed a cloud architecture based on customer requirements and budget, ensuring the selection and configuration of AWS services including virtual servers, storage services, databases, load balancing, and auto-scaling, to meet the system's scalability, high availability, and security requirements. We also established data backup and recovery strategies to ensure data security and availability of the system.

Leveraging the rapid and flexible deployment capabilities of AWS cloud architecture, GateWeb Information introduced a cloud-based electronic invoice system solution tailored for small and micro enterprises. It boasts six key features: cost-effectiveness, efficiency, user-friendliness, comprehensive services, legal compliance, and data security certification. It seamlessly integrates with third-party kiosks, enabling real-time data synchronization and interaction, providing users with a more convenient experience.
