Also, due to the industrial characteristics of the significant number of SKUs of cosmeceutical products, Trend A customers introduce virtual shelves to provide consumers with a more convenient shopping experience. Understanding the advantages of digital transformation brought about by introducing the system, customer A has successfully submitted plans such as digital public broadcasting, Makeup Station, and virtual shelves in all stores in Taiwan since 2018.
